Gamekin is an assistance tool. It does not control games, simulate input, or guarantee that advice is accepted by a game publisher.
Account and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in credentials private and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for the required rights to its images, audio and other players’ data. Respect the games’ rules and other users. Abusive, fraudulent or unlawful content may be restricted, removed or reported; legitimate consumer rights remain unaffected.
Service and assistance limits
AI answers can be inaccurate or outdated; use your judgment before relying on them. Gamekin does not guarantee a game result or a market price. Availability also depends on your connection, supported devices and external providers. Technical support and complaints can be sent to contact@gamekin.app. Your statutory rights, including those concerning digital services, remain applicable.
Subscription and cancellation
Each paid plan includes the number of Gamekin Credits shown on the Pricing page. A question uses at least 1 Gamekin Credit. Total usage also depends on voice, screen analysis and searches. Local Coach observation uses no credits; an AI analysis triggered by a useful change uses credits according to its measured processing even when no advice is spoken. Searches, analyses, and other advanced AI processing follow the same rule and are rounded up to a whole unit. Beyond the included allowance, additional Gamekin Credits are billed at the plan rate without interrupting the service. Usage remains visible in your account. A subscription can be managed or cancelled at any time from the billing portal.
The price, billing period and any extra-credit charges are shown before payment. Manage renewal and cancellation in My account → Manage subscription. A scheduled cancellation leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Clearing conversations does not cancel an order or subscription. Contact contact@gamekin.app for a billing dispute, a withdrawal request or immediate account closure; mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
